With our well professional service engineers we provide Annual maintenance service contract to our valuable customers. We offer service under this contract for all branded systems, servers, printers, CCTV, biometric systems.

Annual Service Contract (ASC):

  1. Your ASC shall not cover the replacement of components or parts but will be limited to preventive and diagnostic calls meant for the repair of the machine
  2. C. will provide preventive maintenance as per the contract, if you require additional maintenance more than provided then it will be charged extra
  3. Provision of maintenance service contract is limited to scheduled working hours of B.C. if overtime maintenance is required you have to pay for it
  4. Replacement of consumable items including storage media is not covered in the scope of this agreement
  5. You should make the system available to B.C. for maintenance purpose at all reasonable times without any delay
  6. You should follow the instructions provided by B.C. for the upkeep of the equipment from time to time
  7. Maintenance services will be rendered only on B.C. working hours between 10:00AM to 6:00PM (Monday to Saturday).
  8. No alteration of repairs done except by B.C.
  9. Complaints should be reported to B.C. in writing, and that should include the service No. or any other information as prescribed by B.C. along with the full details about the problem to provide effective speedy corrective action
  10. Annual Service charges are payable in advance. In addition to the annual charges, any local taxes, such as tax etc. may be levied at the time of agreeing to the contract may be charged at actual if applicable
  11. This agreement is initially for a period of one year commencing from the date of payment of maintenance charges, refund is not possible if you wish to pre close the agreement
  12. There may not be any revision of the rate of the Maintenance charges during the current period of this AGREEMENT. However, B.C’s reserves the right to vary the charges at the end of the AGREEMENT Period.
  13. Changes and enhancements in system features may result in an adjustment of the specified minimum maintenance charges and shall be covered by separate invoice / agreements
  14. Our Engineers may be allowed to take the faulty component to the test and repair centre for due repairs if the need arises
  15. During the period of maintenance agreement the machine will not be relocated (or) transported without permission from us and on such condition we have reserve its right to terminate the agreement On such termination, we shall have no obligation or liabilities arising out of this agreement and you shall have no right to claim any refund or compensation
  16. Troubleshooting and diagnosis to help with general computer problems
  17. Preventive maintenance based on the specific need of each unit of the equipment as determined by the company. scheduled on-site remedial maintenance, on request for repairing function including reasonable replacement of unserviceable parts. The parts replaced will be new parts or parts equivalent to new in performance. These parts shall be furnished on an exchange basis. The removed parts will become the property of B.C.
  18. You should provide full and free access to the products to provide service thereon and a working internet connections
  19. Under this agreement we excludes Any major upgrading of the machine, Any major failure of Hard disks and monitor picture tubes, monitor display panels, fusers, print heads any work external to the machine, such as maintenance of not our attachments, accessories etc, Repair of malfunction or damage due to accident, transportation, neglect, failure due to use of non-standard electrical power, air-conditioning or parts, works due to alteration in machines by persons other than B.C. personnel
  20. We are not responsible for any machine problem such as machine hanging, slow speed due to software’s, virus problem and any major failure of hard disk drive, monitor picture tubes, monitor display panels and printer heads
  21. Under your ASC the cost of replacement of parts and components should be borne by you. An estimation for such cost will be provided by B.C. You can either purchase these parts or components by themselves or you can request B.C. to arrange.
  22. Installation of new products which were bought from others may cost extra.
  23. We are not responsible to return the intermediate problem products in the same condition.
  24. Customer is required to maintain the call slip and other service visit related documents carefully.
  25. In order to carry large products for service, extra freight charges may involve.
  26. Don’t replace the computer peripherals, maintain as it is assembled.
